These terms govern your use of LinkLatch, a scheduling application available at linklatch.atlasium788.ca. By creating an account or booking a meeting through a LinkLatch link, you agree to them.
LinkLatch lets hosts publish a booking page. Guests choose an available time, and LinkLatch records the booking and can send confirmations. Hosts configure availability and event types inside LinkLatch.
If a host separately connects Google Calendar in Settings, LinkLatch may create or update calendar events and use calendar data to help avoid double-booking. Calendar connection is optional and is not part of Sign in with Google.
You may sign in with email and password or with Google Sign-In. Google Sign-In uses OAuth scopes openid, email, and profile to authenticate your account. It does not access your Google Calendar.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use LinkLatch.
Google Calendar access is optional and granted separately in Settings through Google's consent screen (calendar.events). You can withdraw access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you revoke access, LinkLatch can no longer sync bookings to Google Calendar or sync new bookings to Google Calendar.
How we handle data from Google Sign-In and calendar connection is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
Guests who book through a LinkLatch link provide their name, email, and any note they choose to include. That information is shared with the host of the meeting. Hosts are responsible for how they handle guest information after a booking is made.
We aim to keep LinkLatch running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Optional integrations depend on third-party APIs (including Google and Zoom), and outages or changes on their side may affect functionality. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
LinkLatch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying that scheduled meetings are correct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkLatch and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or missed meetings arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars if you paid nothing.
You may stop using LinkLatch and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that province.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect. Continuing to use LinkLatch after a change means you accept the revised terms.
